This Refund Policy explains when reservation fees may or may not be refunded.
SaleFlats is a technology platform that enables:
• Apartment discovery
• Reservation of physical visits
• Direct connection between buyers and owners
Reservation fees are charged as a processing fee for enabling structured visit scheduling.
In general, reservation processing fees are non-refundable once a reservation is successfully confirmed.
This is because the reservation:
• Blocks availability
• Notifies the owner
• Initiates visit scheduling
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
If:
• The owner cancels the visit
• The property is no longer available before the scheduled visit date
→ A refund may be issued.
If SaleFlats confirms that:
• The listing was inaccurate
• The property details were misleading
→ The reservation fee may be refunded.
If a user is mistakenly charged more than once for the same reservation
→ The extra payment will be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued if:
• Buyer cancels the visit voluntarily
• Buyer fails to attend the visit
• Buyer changes decision after reservation
• Minor dissatisfaction after visit
SaleFlats does not guarantee purchase outcomes.
To request a refund:
Users must contact us within 3 days of the issue.
Include:
• Registered phone number
• Reservation details
• Reason for request

Approved refunds will be processed within:
7–10 business days
via the original payment method.
SaleFlats reserves the right to review each case before approving refunds to ensure fair platform usage.

Continued use of SaleFlats indicates acceptance of any changes.
